Brookline Taiwanese Chamber Foundation (BTCF): A Mission-Driven Force for Culture and Community
Established in recent years as the philanthropic arm of the Brookline Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce, the Brookline Taiwanese Chamber Foundation (BTCF) is an independent, private 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our foundation was born from a collective desire to serve as a bridge between the vibrant heritage of Taiwan and the diverse community of Greater Boston.
Our Pillars of Impact:
- Cultural Advocacy: We are dedicated to bringing the spirit of Taiwan into the heart of Boston’s mainstream society. By organizing high-profile cultural initiatives and public celebrations, we aim to showcase Taiwan’s unique contributions to the world and foster deep cross-cultural appreciation.
- Educational Excellence: BTCF believes in the power of the next generation. Through scholarships and leadership programs, we empower Taiwanese-American youth to excel and become influential voices in the global community.
- Philanthropic Leadership: Beyond professional networking, we are a “big family” that cares. From environmental stewardship in our local parks to providing critical life-support resources for expatriates, BTCF is committed to making a tangible, positive impact on the city we call home.

近年來，隨著大波士頓地區台灣社群的壯大，我們深感需要一個更具公信力與專業性的平台來回饋社會。因此，Brookline Taiwanese Chamber Foundation (BTCF) 應運而生。
作為一個獨立註冊的 501(c)(3) 民間非營利組織，BTCF 是波克萊台灣商會的慈善與文化核心。我們的成立不僅是為了經商，更是為了透過民間的力量，讓台灣的文化瑰寶、教育理念與公益精神在波士頓這座歷史名城紮根發芽。

我們致力於打破國界與語言的隔閡，將台灣豐富的藝術、音樂、傳統與現代創新帶入美國主流社群。我們不只是參與者，更是策劃者。透過籌備各類大型文化展示與公共節慶，我們努力讓波士頓的街道與場館充滿台灣的色彩，提升台灣在國際社群的軟實力與能見度。
- 教育賦權：培育未來的橋樑
教育是改變的力量。BTCF 積極推動教育獎助計畫與青年領袖論壇，支持在美台灣青年在學術與職業生涯中追求卓越。我們希望培育出一群既深具台灣情懷、又具備全球視野的新一代領導者，成為連結美台兩地的最堅實橋樑。
- 慈善與大家庭的守望相助
我們深信「社群即是家庭」。BTCF 積極參與大波士頓地區的環保與慈善活動（如查爾斯河環保清理），展現台灣人熱愛土地、回饋社區的誠摯心意。同時，我們也為在地台灣人提供生活、醫療、法律等多元層面的資源對接，確保每位在這個大家庭裡的夥伴，都能在異鄉感受到家人的溫暖與支持。
